Please note: returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered. Returns shipped from an address outside the country where the order was delivered will not be accepted.

If you received an item that is damaged or of unsatisfactory quality, you can return that item to us within 30 days. If you have owned the item for longer, please contact customer care. Please note that items damaged from your own wear or misuse will not be considered faulty.
While we’ve taken every effort to display all colors accurately, colors on computer monitors can vary. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your computer screen will exactly match the color in person.
While we are proud to offer a flexible returns policy, we actively monitor every return. Repeated or suspicious returns will be flagged and may lead to the closure of your account and the refusal of future orders.
